HIGH SCHOOL
A crucial time of the year for the HS Athlete. 8 months of off-season training will influence your performance come season time. This decision will play a big role in the outcome of your HS career. The SP program has helped many Calgary HS athletes achieve their athletic goals. We will help you maximize your physical attributes via a structured strength and conditioning program. You will get bigger, faster, stronger, and increase your overall explosiveness! Do you wish to play at the next level (USports)? Do you want to dominate the competition? If so, this program is for you.

UNI PREP
High School has just come to an end, and now we are preparing for the next level. The standard you must set for yourself now as an athlete is to step into university and be physically ready to compete for a spot. That’s not going to happen by sitting around waiting till the summer to train, you must begin that process right away. Our SP Uni prep program will get you ready to compete/ contribute at the next level. We will help you maximize your physical attributes via an advanced structured strength and conditioning program. You will get bigger, faster, stronger, and increase your overall explosiveness!
