If you answered yes to any of those, our everyBODY fitness classes are for you.

Our coach guided classes will help maximize your overall health, well being, and guide you on a path of lifelong fitness and health. Our SP coaches will lead you through a daily dynamic warm up – movements that will help improve your overall speed and agility, coordination, balance, and cardiovascular capacity. Then the class will transition to strength-based exercises, midline, athletic development, mobility exercises and a cool down to finish. With proper planning and structure we incorporate all these aspects of training within the hour to maximize your session with us.
