Our SP bantam training program provides introductory training for athletes who are just beginning their strength and conditioning athletic journey. We abide by a movement first and foundation development based approach. Foundational development is very crucial factor in the long term athletic development process. At SMART Performance we ensure that your athlete is learning the basics well as that’s going to pave a great athletic structure for their future.

High School

A crucial time of the year for the HS Athlete. 8 months of offseason training that will influence your performance come season time. This decision will play heavily on the outcome of your HS career. The SP program has helped many Calgary HS athletes achieve their athletic goals. We will help you maximize your physical attributes, via a structured strength and conditioning program. You will get bigger, faster, stronger, and increase your overall explosiveness! Do wish to play at the next level (USports)? Do you want to dominate the competition. If so, this program is for you.

Uni Prep

High School has just come to an end, now we prepare for the next level. The standard you must set for yourself now as an athlete is to step into university and be physically ready to compete for a spot. That’s not going to happen by sitting around waiting till the summer to train, you must begin that process right away. Our SP Uni prep program will get you ready to compete/ contribute at the next level. We will help you maximize your physical attributes via an advanced structured strength and conditioning program. You will get bigger, faster, stronger, and increase your overall explosiveness!

Monday Tues Thur Friday
2.5 hour sessions. Run & Lift Everyday.
Wednesday
OFF
4 Lifts (90min sessions), 4 (60min session) field sessions a week.
